Patricia De La Cruz | Founder
My name is Patricia De La Cruz and I am the President of OnPoint Legal support. For the past 18 years I have worked in the legal field providing support to law firms. I obtained my Paralegal degree from New England Tech. Having worked both in law firms and in interpreting companies, I understand the needs of the legal community as well as the challenges faced with meeting those needs.
I came to the United States from the Dominican Republic when I was just 9 years old without any prior knowledge of the English language and I have family members and friends who still are not fluent, which gives me the perspective of knowing just how important it is that in a legal setting, where the stakes are high, that witnesses and clients need to understand what is being asked or explained to them, as well as to have their words clearly interpreted to let their answers be true and accurate. I have a passion for helping people and doing my very best at everything I do.
In my personal life, I am a mother to a beautiful 15-year-old girl and my entire life revolves around her and my partner.
Walia De La Cruz | Co-Founder
My name is Walia De La Cruz, and I am the Vice-President of OnPoint Legal Support. I obtained a degree in Banking Administration in the Dominican Republic and was in the banking industry for over 15 years until 2021 when I had the opportunity to support companies in procuring interpretation and translation services. In my years of customer service, I strived to help others and provide the best experience to my customers. My goal is to continue creating those flourishing relationships and provide top of the line support.
I immigrated to the United States in the early 90’s in hopes of a better life for myself and young daughter. As an immigrant, I understand firsthand the struggle and frustration of not knowing the language in demanding environments and that is why I am here to help in any way I can.
